Breeding Information

Stud Service

Fresh chilled semen only: NO live cover available. Breeding season is available January through July.

Fees

Booking Fee - $250 (non-refundable, non-transferable)
Stud Fee - $500

Collection and Shipping Fee - $175 per occurrence

Collection Fee - $75 each occurrence for on the farm breedings
Insemination Fee - $25 each occurrence for on the farm breedings

All fees are paid directly to Harris Paint Horses which is standing *Menai Mister Mostyn (Spencer).

*Note: Semen will be shipped to Mare Owner by overnight UPS or US Mail. Additional shipping fees will apply if alternate shipping arrangements are required.

Collection and Shipment

An "Equitaner" is used for shipping semen. The customer is responsible for return of container within 48 hrs or an additional charge will be incurred. Stallion collections, semen shipments, mare care, inseminations, and foal outs are arranged with and paid to Harris Paint Horses.

Exceptional Mares

RHP looks forward to quality offspring representing Spencer. For this reason, special considerations will be given to proven mares and breeders with top-quality show homes.

Registration

*Menai Mister Mostyn is registered with the WPCSA. Foals are eligible for WPCSA registration (out of registered welsh mares) or half-welsh registration (all other mares).
